Kia ceed 1.6 diesel estate 2012. Engine management light came on and showed 'fuel restriction'. I changed the fuel filter and cleaned the tank. Light went off, I put diesel in and 3 days later the light came back on saying the same thing. Any ideas of what the problem might be?

I am considering importing a car from the UK and am trying to calculate the total cost including VRT and VAT but am finding the overall situation very confusing.
