Have a specific question in mind?
I currently have a 1.4 diesel fiesta 07. Looking to move to something slightly bigger as we start a family but doesn't need to be massive or have too big an engine. Needs to have a good safety rating and be able to handle 100 km travel daily (about 30k km annually i'd say). Would be a used car i am after and I not overly concerned about resale value because it will be held on to for a good few years. Should i stick with diesel given the talks of levies etc. i'm in two minds as i think given that mileage it might be the best option in terms of running and service costs despite how much i would love to go greeen! Budget tops out at about 12-13k and would really appreciate input from those who know! Thanks a mil!

Hi, just wanted to know about a 152 Toyota Corolla D4D Terra, I was thinking of buying it and was wondering if 52000 miles seems ok milage for this age car, it's costing €14500? Also, it has a lip of about 2mm wear on the brake discs at front, does this seem excessive wear for a car only 3 years old.. I have seen this on another 151 Corolla.. just wondering if there's any faults with these cars, I should be looking out for. Many thanks.
when should I change the timing belt on Peugeot 508 from 2013 was advised 5 year or 140.000km but this sound wrong accouding to what I could find online on other cars.

I imported an 2016 Audi Q7. It has had a run of niggling issues and Audi Ireland are claiming I have to recover labour costs of repair from Audi UK under their warranty. Audi Ireland covered parts only fro 'goodwill'. Is this possible?
I just noticed that when I bought my Ford Focus Zetec TDCi new 8 years ago it was described in the garage documents as having a 1.6 litre engine. however the tax and insurance have always said it has a 1388cc engine. Could I have been charged more because they sold it as having a bigger engine?
