The previous-gen Insignia is a perfectly fine car, although the 1.6 petrol is a less common model than the diesels. It’s not massively quick or exciting, but it is comfortable and practical in terms of its cabin space. As long as it’s priced correctly and has a strong history, it should be a sound purchase.
