We came to cork for holiday in October and my Mercedes GLA 2016 car was unfortunately seriously damaged in the floods in Midleton. My English insurance company wouldn’t pay out as I didn’t realise I wasn’t covered for flood damage. I’ve been told it’s a write off as the electrics are destroyed but the bodywork is still pristine.
