What taxes on importing from Northern Ireland?
Hi I am buying a jeep 4x4 from northern Ireland and bringing in to southern Ireland.this vehicle has been resident in northern Ireland since September 2020 but originally from UK. I know I have vrt charges to pay but do I have to pay nox charge and all other charges . vehicle has been resident in northern Ireland last 3 years .

From what you've told us, you shouldn't have to pay VAT or import duty on that car, but you will have to pay the NOx levy. As ever, we urge readers to double-check with Revenue before committing to importing a car.
