Hi I'm looking to buy a car in northern ireland to import to the south.the car came to northern ireland 0n the 22/02/22.the car has been owned privately since.im I rite in thinking now because the car has been owned privately that I won't have to pay vat on the car now when I vrt it to the south? 2016 Mokka SE, replaced all 4 tyre sensors and garage did relearn process. TPMS error still showing on dash and indicating fault. Auto electrician checked and can see the sensor codes the car has registered are not matching the new sensor codes. Tried the relearn tool but still not working. Is there specialist equipment required or special programming when sensors are replaced?
My 68 plate Ibiza 1.0 esp light comes on from time to time. If ignition is switched of and on it clears.

I’m Irish and I work in the Uk for the last 14 years, as my parents are getting old I go back and over now most weekends as I can work from home. I wish to register my uk 2009 Toyota Auris in Ireland which I have owned since 2011 for my own use while at home in Mayo. I will live in the uk longer than I live in Ireland so I am willing to pay the vrt how do I proceed as I have owned the car since 2011.
