I’m just enquiring I’m a first time driver...just passed my provisional and starting my twelve lessons and I’m buying a relatively cheap car at the minute but I’m wondering...a few people have told me there’s this rule where a car can’t be any older than 10 years...for insurance....however one of my friends is an 08 and he got insured without a problem.
