Site Advertising Compliance Guidelines

At Carzone.ie we pride ourselves on maintaining a quality site that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of both consumers and retailers alike.

With that in mind, we regularly monitor our sites to ensure adverts are both clear and accurate, whilst also adhering to consumer regulations and our own Terms & Conditions.

Please see below a list of advertisements that are considered "Non-compliant" please note this list is not exhaustive and we reserve the right to modify at any time without notice. For further details please refer to our T&C's.

• Wanted Adverts
• Adverts with vehicles marked as Sold
• Advertising stock that is not located at the advertised address
• Advertising a price that is not fully inclusive of all charges, fees and/or taxes e.g. adverts for commercial vehicles not including VAT in the advertised price, advertised at monthly finance price etc.
• Advertising a price that contains restrictive criteria i.e. scrappage price, cash price etc.
• Adverts that include watermarked or logos in images not related to Carzone.ie
• Adverts containing misleading information.

The main intention of the above guidance is to ensure that we provide the ultimate consumer experience on our site which in turn, should ensure maximum return for retailers.

We would ask you to ensure that your stock complies with the guidance above. In the event that stock is found to be Non-compliant we reserve the right to un-advertise or delete the offending advert/s.
