Terrible place I have ever been. Now it's ZuCar. They assign you an appointment and then no one wants to talk to you when you are there. I was sent across the road to and from Audi 4 times. they only have 1 person who can evaluate the car. At the end, one of the Audi employees came up and quickly inspected the car. He did not take my data and said that he would call the office and they would call me back. It's been 4 days and still no call. People there are not interested in you when you are not buying from them but want to sell your car! Be careful if you don't want to waste your time!
