Although the warranty provided by Martin covered the engine and gearbox, he still did everything he could to get the car repaired and back on the road as quickly as possible. His commitment to customer service and willingness to help went far beyond what was expected. The communication throughout was excellent, and it was clear that Martin genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our purchase. Buyer beware. I Purchased a car on December 14 2024. The Central locking system wasn't working and still hasn't worked since I bought the car. I've had nothing but trouble. The car won't open, close or start most days. I have given up so I called Martin in January and he kindly told me to call someone else as it wasn't his problem because the 3 month warranty only covered the engine and gearbox. So in my personal experience i couldn't recommend this garage. As far as I'm concerned Martin is conman. I wouldn't trust him to sell me wheelbarrow never mind a car. Thanks for ripping me off Martin. And if the above is untrue feel free to take legal action. You are a cheat and lier. You never offered to get the car sorted, (if so, why is still it broken) the car would be fixed and my child would not be using the bus for school. You delivered the car to my home and it was already open. You refused to come into my home and made me sign the logbook in the lashing rain which now I understand why you couldn't get away fast enough. Why would I be taken the time to write this if it is untrue. What would I gain, absolutely nothing. When I called you. You were abusive to me. You called me a lier and said I most likely broke it myself. I also phoned the number you gave me, he offered to fix the problem for a large sum of money but then never returned my call. I had just given you 10,000 in December and when I called after Christmas I was politely told to go away. I actually told you the car was for the school run for my daughter and you ripped me off anyway. ,(SHAME ON YOU) And just for the record the car is still broken and parked up. The millage on the car is the same as when I bought it. The level of customer service I received was disgusting and it would make me wonder about your 5 star reviews, as of today April 16th the car is still broken 😞.
