I brought my car for service and from the beginning to the end the service was very friendly, professional and very helpful. Very easy to talk with the Lady (Zuzanna Neumann) I was dealing to. She offered me a lift home and then to collect my car but I did not need it as I had my own lift. It was very nice experience with Volkswagen Wexford.

Genuinely couldn’t talk more highly about my experience at Volkswagen. Each element of the transaction couldn’t have been easier or more straightforward. Suzie organised my appointment and looked after me and she was so helpful and patient with me and any questions I had. She made a usually stressful experience incredibly easy and straightforward, I. couldn’t talk more highly of her! My car was looked after so well and was returned to me in pristine condition. Overall a good experience however be careful of their car service reports, I replaced my wipers blades a month before going in for a service. I was surprised to find an amber warning on their traffic light car service report for my front and back wiper blades even though they were a month old. I asked how this could be and wasn't given any reason. It didnt fill me with confidence that the other items on the service report might actually be needed or critical, my advice would be to keep an eye on what the service department try to charge you for when doing a car service with them. I have serviced my VW with them for past 5 years and had not encountered such previously.

I had been having trouble with my car and the mechanic i usually go too, so i decided to give going to an actual dealership a try, and when i tell you i feel so silly for ever doing otherwise! from the moment you walk in everyone is so kind and welcoming. I believe Suzie is who was taking care of me and she was absolutely lovely, so kind and very thorough, She made sure i understood everything that was going on and was so helpful all day! Sean, the technician who worked on my car was so helpful too! in the video they sent over for the health check on your car he explained everything so well and showed me exactly what he was talking about which i truly appreciated because i genuinely wouldn’t have a clue otherwise. The dealership has a lovely waiting area for customers and everyone made sure i was comfortable, i truly had a lovely experience and will 100% be sticking with you guys here on out, thanks for everything!
