However, what I found most at Wexford Volkswagen was practical answers and advice regarding ownership questions that I could not get from any other dealers. This came with thoroughly professional follow-through, plus an annual warranty for extra peace of mind. Moreover, when small anomalies were later discovered—things I would have thought I was on my own to handle—they were only too happy to resolve them without fuss, calling it ‘their good service’. You could not get better.

Very happy with the customer service desk and Adam in particular. They accommodated my gearbox issues as best as possible and took the time to explain everything to me. My only issue is in relation to the routine service on the car while it was on a company lease. The transmission service due at 120,000 kms was not done even though the service was done at 122k. If VW recommend something be done at specific intervals you'd expect it be done. I bought this car thinking all this would have been done while on a company lease.
