I was very happy with the level of service here. I was buying a part for my Ford Transit, and before that I’d been sold the wrong part several times by official parts stores in Ireland, including in County Mayo. Here, they sent me a detailed diagram so I could clearly point out the exact part I needed, kept it for over a month while I couldn’t collect it, and even offered me a better price. Polite, professional, and genuinely helpful — this is the kind of service I’d happily recommend as a benchmark for other automotive shops.

We have not been satisfied at all with the level of service that we have received from Ford, Waterford City. We have tried to contact them about an issue that we had with our brand new truck and they haven’t even had the decency to call us back. When we ordered our truck we wanted a factory for roller canopy, it was factory got when we got it, it hasn’t worked since we got it and it lets in water. We have asked for a follow up call and no one has contacted us AGAIN! Very disappointed in the level of service we have received.

I had 2 issues with my vehicle that’s on warranty. 1 issue is solved and the other is in the process of being solved. I dealt with Niamh at reception, very friendly and polite. On the mechanical end I dealt with Nicky, a very nice man, very easy to talk to and get along with. They have both made my dealings with Ford very pleasant. Service as it should be! Thanks guys
