I recently enquired with Vector Motors about a Golf GTI I was interested in. Matt got back to me very quickly and sent a detailed walk-through video of the car, explaining everything about it in great detail. He also kept me informed about any similar stock they had or that was due to arrive. I’ve never dealt with a salesperson as helpful as Matt. He really went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed about the car. In the end, I actually ended up buying from another dealership as the cars Vector Motors had in stock at the time didn’t quite suit what I was looking for. However, from start to finish, dealing with Matt was a pleasure. He’s a true gentleman and a real asset to any motor company. Salespeople like him are hard to come by. He was very friendly, completely transparent, and there was absolutely no pushiness at all — which is usually what turns me away from a sale. I couldn’t recommend him more highly, and I will 100% be dealing with him in the future.

Superb experience with Vector Motors ! The service from beginning of looking for a car to finally purchasing my dream car was amazing and total white glove service ! I also received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers and a fabulous umbrella once I purchased my car . I can’t recommend Vector motors highly enough , they make the process of buying a new car so personal and easy and put the customer first always ! I personally want to thank Matt for his professionalism and kindness !! He even came to my rescue one Saturday when I forgot my charger and. Arrived with a charger ASAP to help me charge my car! Purchased a fantastic mk7.5 VW Golf R line a couple off weeks ago and have to say the sales assistant I dealt with Matthew his customer service was fantastic he was nothing but helpful and I am truly grateful and the car is like new no complaints and was a very quick process from being interested in the car to the day I drove out after buying it I would highly recommend Vector Motors if you are interested in purchasing a new car lot off different options off vehicles to choose from Thanks again Matthew for all you’re help
