I recently purchased a low-mileage Cupra Leon from Wayne at Usedirect Ireland in Sandyford, Dublin, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The car was presented in immaculate condition, both inside and out, and came with the manufacturer’s warranty, which gave me great peace of mind. Wayne was extremely helpful throughout the entire purchase process and was always available to answer any questions in a professional and courteous manner. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Usedirect Ireland. I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a second-hand car. Highly recommended!

I purchased a Mazda 6 from Charles Hurst Usedirect in February 2023, and my experience has been deeply disappointing. Within hours of receiving the car, I encountered persistent DPF issues that rendered the vehicle unusable. Despite multiple attempts to seek resolution from the dealership, including calls, emails, and in-person visits, the issues were never properly addressed. Since then, the follow-up repairs have amounted to over €7,000, yet the dealership has shown a complete lack of accountability. Even after my first review here, they dragged everything out with repeated, irrelevant questions and acted as if they did not understand the problem. I have clear proof that the car had the fault at the moment of purchase, but even after my solicitor sent a formal letter, they failed to acknowledge receipt. I have now forwarded it to multiple company email addresses. The unresponsiveness, broken promises to call back, and delays have made this the worst customer experience of my life. The situation has only worsened since the takeover by Audi, as they still fail to take responsibility or resolve the matter and mostly just ignore my emails or calls. I strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with extreme caution when dealing with this company.

Bought a car in Feb 2024. From the day I took it home I had coolant problems. Apparently the warranty doesn't cover this nor the battery I had to replace. I was never given any paper work re the warranty. I would not buy another car from this garage. Make sure you understand what your warranty includes/excludes.
