Toyota Sandyford is the best place in Sandyford Dublin if you are looking for a brand new Toyota or a used vehicle. We went here to check the Used Renault Clio car, it was nice for a small family. They welcome everybody with a positive smile. I recommend this place.

One Good Interaction Out of Seven – The Rest a Masterclass in Bad Dealership Tricks Out of 3 purchases and 4 service visits at Toyota Sandyford, only one was a genuinely positive experience. The rest? A showcase of classic dealership letdowns. Sales & Service Communication? Sloppy. I kept getting the same recycled messages with the wrong names, even after flagging it multiple times. They never managed to fix it. Service Appointments? Expect long waiting times and zero flexibility. Once, I was 15 minutes late due to a dead battery (on a car I bought from them less than 5 months earlier), and they refused to take it in. I had to rebook for the following month. Post-Service Cleaning? A joke. Just a half-hearted wipe-down passed off as a “courtesy” — clearly designed to quiet complaints rather than offer any real value. Trying to Buy Another Car? When I showed up to look at a Jeep, I was handed the keys and then completely ignored. I waited 45 minutes, left my details, and no one ever called back. Buyback Promise? At purchase, I was told they could buy back the car. When I asked a year later, I was gaslighted — suddenly it was “we never said that.” Random Upsells? A month after one service, I got a call suggesting I urgently needed an eCVT oil change. When I asked another Toyota dealer, they told me they’d never even heard of that. If you’re considering Sandyford, drive the extra distance to Toyota Long Mile. It’s not that far — and definitely worth it. Bye bye, Toyota Sandyford.

28 Feb 2025 Mr. Windscreen Bray made an appointment for me to replace the windscreen at Toyota Sandyford, as Toyota Sandyford needed to do some work after the windscreen replacement. I arrived at 10 AM and got my key back at 3:15 PM. When I handed my key to the receptionist in the morning, I asked, "Could you please ask the mechanic to use some protection to ensure the car seat won't get dirty?" She replied, "Yes." However, when I opened my car door at 3:15 PM, I was shocked. There were muddy footprints on both sides of the door sills and floor mats, and the seat was also very dirty. I spent over half an hour cleaning it, using an entire pack of 40 surface wipes. I will not return here for car servicing.
