The service was excellent and fast. The reason I decide to buy from Toyota Longmile definitely their service compared to other Toyota outlet. We were welcomed warmly by the receptionist and Dave the salesman was very helpful and assist us from beginning till the day we get the car. Firstly , the Toyota used car website is fantastic because you can do all your research at home. I found a car I liked and used the Chat online feature to ask about it …….i didn’t expect a reply because it was after 6pm but sure enough , Daniel replied and we made arrangements to see the car. He also gave me a provisional quote for my own car which meant I could do the sums in my own time. So last Saturday , May 17th , I drove to the garage , did a test drive and closed the deal. It was the easiest sale ever , again , thanks to Daniel and his extremely professional approach. And best of all , I drove the gorgeous car I had purchased out of the garage 6 days later ….i couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went. So sincere thanks Daniel, I adore the car already and look forward to years of safe driving in it.

Absolutely outstanding service and staff in this place, couldn't recommend highly enough! We dealt with Jess, and too say that this girl is a superstar is putting it mildly. I knew I wanted to buy a Toyota and so I went to a local dealer, they 100% judged me on my appearance ( I was off work in my comfies and just popped in between school runs). They treated myself and my husband appalingly!! So we drove up to the Longmile, the contrast in how we were treated was night and day. All of the staff in Longmile were so welcoming, so lovely, great atmosphere, we were in a couple of times with different people on reception etc. every one of them were lovely. Jess was amazing to us, she made us feel so at ease, we were originally buying a second hand, but just missed it, it sold 10 mins before :) so we ended up buying new, because we knew we wanted to buy from Jess and Longmile. I have highly recommended to my family, work colleagues and friends, you won't find a better dealership and all my new cars will be from here in the future, Thank you guys, and especially Thanks to Jess
