To begin with it is a stunning showroom. The Service staff are top class and a replacement car was arranged whilst I waited for my car to be Serviced. You receive a full video and written report from the technician that services your car. Any work required is highlighted and costed and must be approved by you prior to being completed. All in all a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Toyota Liffey Valley

All communications from the garage were clear and well explained including price.. I got a reminder text couple days beforehand which was helpful. Everything on day went according to plan, agreed basic pricing, and informed that l will be contacted should there be an issue. Got text message that car was ready and all was completed satisfactorily. I just have 1 issue that brought my review down from 5 to 4 stars. I discovered later on my phone that an email had been sent to me regarding an air filter that could be replaced and l had to respond to get this done. However l was not informed that l would be contacted this way and l never saw email till that evening. I will take it up with garage tomorrow.
