They explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the process. My car now runs smoothly, and I feel confident knowing it's in top condition. However, I would like to recommend a change to the booking service to offer a replacement car during the process. I highly recommend Toyota for anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality service.

Awful, just called about a car we were interested in. David his name was couldn't be be anymore unhelpful. Told me they were closed at 3 o clock when it's advertised as 4 o clock online. Clearly didn't want the business, was condescending, rude and dismissive. Pretty much told me the car we had to trade in wasn't worth his time. Won't go back.
