Such a great experience from the lovely young lady at Service desk who dealt with me at check in and check out. She was so professional, pleasant and efficient. Didn’t expect part of service was a car wash and vacuum which was a lovely surprise. I went off shopping but it would have been no problem waiting in the very comfortable waiting area either where drinks and snacks are plenty. Definitely going back next time. Well done everyone.

To begin with it is a stunning showroom. The Service staff are top class and a replacement car was arranged whilst I waited for my car to be Serviced. You receive a full video and written report from the technician that services your car. Any work required is highlighted and costed and must be approved by you prior to being completed.
