Mark was very reassuring and went above and beyond to ensure that I was well informed and happy with my choice and the handover and follow through has been excellent. I would 100% recommend Dean and Megan in Tom Murphy car sales. Margaret and I purchased 2 new cars there on Thursday. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of engaging with Dean and Megan as they both brought the best of professionalism, ethicit, class, humour, energy and most important of all, they were just so genuine and positive. For anyone thinking of purchasing a car, please do consider Tom Murphy car sales and 100% request Dean and Megan as you will in no way be disappointed. The only slight we would have is, this extremely abnoxious, rude, self indulgent ( id say ) man with grey hair/beard kept interrupting Dean's meeting with us and standing in the door entrance of Dean's office. Dean handled him brilliantly and that man ( grey hair/beard) does not give the impression that his interested in anyone but himself. He did not even offer an apology for the interruptions. A massive thanks to Barry Murphy and his team for looking after us so well. A car purchase is a huge investment that takes time and consideration. I really appreciated their patience, expert advice and the fact they took into account our family’s needs for a car. When we eventually decided on the vehicle and collected the car yesterday, Barry Kent talked and walked us through every part of the car’s functions (it’s electric so quite a few things are different to petrol/diesel car!).
