I received a very professional service. Niamh informed me at all times of additional works to be performed in a friendly and efficient way. The courtesy drop off and collect to Waterford was a bonus. I would recommend.

Just a quick note to thank two members of staff of Tom Murphy Car Sales Ltd, Cork Road, Waterford for their courtesy and quick assistance on Thursday morning. While the problem with my car eventually turned out to be minor, neither the receptionist nor the mechanic knew that at the time. As I had to undertake a long journey, I was afraid to take the risk of driving my car until the problem was resolved, this was done promptly and without fuss. When I offered to pay for the work undertaken, the receptionist said that there would be no charge. Service with a smile.

Dean & Mark were both really pleasant to deal with in the purchase of our new car. Dean explained everything to do with the finance clear & perfect. Mark couldn't have been better help picking a car, when we described what we were looking for he listened & knew the car we’d like. I’d highly recommended them both if purchasing in Tom Murphy’s. Made the process of buying a new car simple from start to finish. From initial sales consult to hand over it was straightforward and no nonsense. Have to single out Mark Burke for exceptional customer service throughout. Continually updated on progress of car build, expected date of arrival etc. We required hand controls to be fitted by an external engineer which was no problem. Murphy’s liaised with our engineer to ensure collection, transportation and delivery of our new Tiguan was correctly scheduled and we were not unduly delayed in receiving the car at hand over. Thanks also to Dean Caulfield for promptly following up on a few last minute queries. All in all, a most positive experience and would recommend highly. Must also say that this experience is in sharp contrast to how previous experiences have gone here. There are newer sales people who know how to treat buying customers. I avoided Murphy’s for years because of previous negative experiences going back many years but have to give credit to the new crop like Mark and Dean for how professional, courteous, and helpful they were.
