I had a very positive experience at the Tesla store in Dublin. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the different models and features in a clear and patient way.

Everyone was friendly, the atmosphere was great, and the service was impressively quick, i got my car cleaned as well ❤️Thank you, Tesla—truly the best car company!

Just hope nothing goes wrong with your car. I've waited WEEKS for my car to be fixed multiple times and they won't give you a replacement vehicle or answer calls or messages. Definitely won't be buying a Tesla again. Left hanging here without a car again.

⭐ 0 Star — DO NOT BUY TESLA IRELAND UNTIL YOU READ THIS. My Tesla Model Y has been sitting in a garage since December 2025 — over 5 months — because Tesla refuses to supply airbags and seatbelts. Not accessories. Life-saving safety systems. And Tesla is the ONLY company in the world that can supply them for their own cars. Every single day for 5 months, the Tesla Approved Bodyshop has requested these parts through Tesla's own official system. Every single day — silence. Here is what makes this truly unacceptable. Tesla is actively selling brand new cars in Ireland RIGHT NOW. Every single new Tesla leaving their showroom in Sandyford has airbags and seatbelts fitted. Tesla is clearly capable of manufacturing and supplying these exact components. They do it every day for new customers. But for an existing customer — someone who already bought their car, who is already paying finance, who is already loyal to the brand — they cannot find a single airbag or seatbelt. They can build it into a new car worth €47,000. They cannot send a replacement part to a garage 5 months after an accident. That is not a supply chain problem. That is a choice. Meanwhile, I am paying monthly finance repayments. Paying full insurance. Arranging alternative transport for my family. For a car I cannot drive because Tesla will not do the one thing only they can do. When I contacted Tesla Ireland, they promised to escalate internally. Nothing happened. When I sent a formal legal demand, they rejected it and told me to contact the garage — the same garage begging Tesla for parts every day for 5 months. Their own contract guarantees my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Their own contract requires them to seek an amicable resolution. They have ignored both. I am now filing formal complaints with ECC Ireland and the CCPC. Tesla makes a beautiful car. But the moment something goes wrong, you are completely abandoned. If Tesla cannot supply safety-critical parts to their own approved garages in Ireland, they have no business selling cars here. To anyone considering buying a Tesla in Ireland — please ask yourself: what happens if I need safety parts? Based on my experience, the answer is nothing. You will be left without your car, without support, and without hope — for months. Buy elsewhere until Tesla Ireland proves it can support the cars it sells.
