From the first call to Clare in Dublin about a CPO car which clearly didn't happen, Evan in Cork was excellent at the test drive, explained everything but no hard sell and to Jim on collection day today, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Overall a great experience with everyone I have dealt with. Now the wait for the wifes car to arrive in June

Purchased a Tesla Model Y 2025 AWD from Dublin but Cork is my local centre. By far the best car I’ve owned. Brought it there for its first service and for a check on a couple concerns. The process was smooth and faultless, they don’t even need the key card for the car it’s all done through their master app. I was able to test drive a model Y performance in the mean time and was super easy also, big shout out to Evan, he was uber friendly and made it all so hassle free.

Just collected my Tesla Model Y from Tesla Cork and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Everything from start to finish was excellent – smooth, professional, and very well organised. A special mention to Jim, who was fantastic throughout. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the handover really easy and enjoyable. Delighted with the car and the service. I was wondering why negative reviews don’t seem to receive responses, while positive ones often do. It raises a question about transparency and customer engagement. Purchased a Tesla Y in June....I did make it awkward initially, I ordered a brand new standard but then after spotting a 242 AWD in the forecourt, I changed my mind on the Thursday and collected new car on the Monday. A logistical nightmare for the team in Carrigtohill but they put got the job done. Hats off folks well done. 6 months later absolutely no issues.
