It started when I received a recall letter. I booked an appointment and waited a month. I drove 70 km there — they told me I never even had a booking and that I should “come back another time.” After I pushed back and argued with the staff for a long time, they suddenly “found” a slot. I also asked to replace a non-working rear brake light. After waiting around for 3 hours, they told me they didn’t have the LED bulb in stock and would have to order it — costing €65. So a Toyota service center doesn’t have a basic consumable part that fits multiple Toyota models? Or did they just not want to do it as punishment because I refused to come another day? I refused to drive another 70 km and waste half a day again. I ordered two LED bulbs myself for €15 and received them a week later. When I replaced it, I discovered the official Toyota service is so incompetent that they managed to break one of the mounting clips on the plastic cover of the rear light bolts, and also broke a bracket where the light assembly sits (between the bumper and the body). Oh, and they even wrote on the invoice that they did a complimentary car wash — which they never actually did. This is absolute bottom-tier service. Terrible service and a disgusting attitude toward customers.

Bought my first car here and honestly I have had the best experience and service. I am so lucky that there was complete honesty throughout the whole process. Not only that, the service when I needed help with the car was exceptional. Have had zero issues with it thus far and I will definitely be buying here again in the future!
