I would like to share my experience with this garage. I purchased a used car from them some time ago. The salesperson was Tomasz. The car was advertised as well maintained, fully serviced just now, etc., with nice pictures as usual. It originally came as a trade-in to a dealership, and because it was too old for them to sell, it was being sold through this garage. That i have been told by them. Before finalising the deal, I asked if they could change the timing belt, as the car had over 150,000 km on the clock. I wanted to be sure the full service was done so I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. They agreed. After collecting the car and driving home, I noticed that the oil temperature was too high. It surprised me because during the test drive you don’t usually get the engine up to full operating temperature. I took the car to my mechanic to check whether the full service had actually been done. As expected, the oil and filters had not been changed — only the air filter was replaced. I had to service the car myself. I also discovered that the pulleys and water pump had not been replaced either — only the timing belt itself had been changed. Another important point: the bumper, wings and bonnet had been painted. My first question was why I wasn’t informed about this over the phone. The answer I got was: “You didn’t ask.” I was told it was only because there were too many dents. At the time, I decided not to make a big issue out of it as I need a car just for work. However, when my mechanic inspected the car more thoroughly, I was shocked to discover that it had actually been in a crash. Behind the bumper, the crash support bar was bent, and it hadn’t been replaced. They simply fitted a new bumper and bonnet and did a poor paint job — the paint started peeling after some time. Overall, it was not a good experience. My advice: do not blindly trust anyone — whether it’s a small garage like this or a large dealership. Salespeople often care only about making as much profit as possible. Always check everything carefully before buying.

Left my Audi in to be fixed as the heating went in it and I dropped it in and within 3 hours it was fixed and ready to be collected , the service is amazing and the price is so reasonable Thanks to stm for helping me with my car
