His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach are second to none. It’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers this level of service, but Lee manages it every time. Today I approached Skoda in Sandyford to discuss replacing my existing Skoda with a later model. Barry Tracey could not have been more helpful. He outlined my options and showed me the cars he had on offer. I have recently visited a number of other dealers seeking a replacement but none of them offered the same level of service . Barry showed real interest in my needs and went out of his way to ensure that I understood all he was outlining. I was delighted when we agreed on a replacement which I will collect next week.
