Last year we started experiencing issues with our car, we had brought it to another garage twice, both times the issues re-emerged and were not fully resolved. Booked into Spirit Ford and from start to finish the experience was exceptional. Costs and repairs were discussed upfront, the timeframe we were told it would take to fix the car was accurate. All within 48hrs of dropping the car off. We received a detailed report after the service and received regular updates during the service of anything that needed a decision. Recently had a safety recall on my ford mondeo. I contacted Spirit Ford and was given an appointment to have the recalls completed. Very very happy with who I was speaking too. The mechanic who completed the work is a genius. Fire start treatment ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I will definitely visit again for service or work that may be required on my car.

My experience here has been really positive. I have an old Mondeo which they manged to keep on the road. I found everybody to be genuine in their dealings with me and honest in terms of appraisals and prices. I have since purchased from their Sales team - really good service. The car was prepped, I got a full demo of the tech, how the Ford App could sync with the car etc. and I left with 3/4 of a tank of fuel thrown in. All good, highly recommended!

I recently purchased a Ford Puma from Spirit Ford Wicklow, and I couldn't be happier. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever, originally I had no intention of changing from my Fiesta but when I drove the Puma, decision was quickly made! From start to finish the whole experience was relaxed, friendly and stress free. The car was presented in excellent condition and everything was very clearly explained. All the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with.
