Moved to Mullingar from Dublin. My EV6 was still under warranty and the TPS was acting up. When reached out to the dealer, they were rude enough to answer we don't have slots and we can't help with warranty claims if not purchased from us. Well I won't be getting my yearly service from them too as they are not worth going to from the brief conversation over telephone I had with them.

I have never experienced the customer service like Sleator Kia from Ollie!! From the second I walked in the door he pulled out all of the stops! The attention to detail is second to none!!
