Highly recommend David, who we met on Saturday. Other dealers closer but came across brisk when we called; David a natural, easy to talk to and helpful. Whether your budget is big or small, he shows the same civility to everyone. We even spotted a car that had arrived in, and once the mechanic sorts a few small things, we’ll be going ahead with it and when our budget is larger, we’ll return to Shiels first.

Absolutely recommend Sheils to anyone looking for a new car! Had the pleasure of dealing with Dave Hurley who was so informative, helpful and honest. He made the whole process so easy for us and gave great objective advice. A total gentleman! Will definitely go back there in the future

Worst ever drove for over 1hr 30mins for service told me b in for 11.30-12 arrived at 11.45 told me the car wudnt b serviced till 3.30 wanted me to wait almost 4 hrs service manager said they don't give times but I was given a time on the phone absolute joke

A mixed bag at Sheils. I bought a car here, priced trading in a car and got a 1 year service. The price offered for the trade in was about half of what the car would have been advertised for - a 100% mark up is a bit saucy. Communication on the exact date when the new car would be ready could have been better. I could see when the ferry was arriving into Europe and Ireland but for some reason they could not? No problems with paying or collecting the car. The service was very well priced and i was given a nice courtesy car - but there was no checklist of what was done, i was told there was no software update but there is, i have a broken fog light that they didn't notice and according to the owners manual the pollen filter didn't need changing but they changed it. I don't think i will go back for new car or service again. Everything is ok but nothing is good.

I quite simply cannot recommend Shiels Limerick highly enough. Had the pleasure of dealing with Dave Hurley, whom was informative and honest at every turn. His own review of the MG4 that I eventually bought was 100% accurate, a man of his word. I'm delighted with the car, and so pleased that the transaction was so straightforward. I had some reservations dealing with a franchise dealership, as they've not been brilliant around Limerick down through the years, but Dave and his team were different, they exceeded all my expectations. Thanks again Dave, see you in a few years for the upgrade,
