On the day, I hadn’t planned on buying a brand-new car but thanks to the fantastic customer service (and being in the right place at the right time), I ended up doing just that! A huge thank you to Caolan, who made my first “big girl” purchase feel seamless and special. He made the entire process easy to understand from start to finish. Any questions or concerns I had were answered immediately, and he consistently reassured me throughout the process. The booking in of the vehicle and the picking up process went very smoothly - I was dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner and any concerns I had were listened to, noted and followed up upon. I had a tyre puncture and stopped by Sheehy Motors for help just before closing time . Hazel went above and beyond to assist me, taking the time to sort out the issue quickly and professionally. What impressed me most was her kindness and willingness to help without expecting anything in return—she didn’t even take any payment. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer service these days. Hazel was friendly, helpful, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
