Highly recommend…I needed a small job done with my car (new headlight bulb) and they were just so nice!!! Offered to fitted me in straight away and had everything done so quickly! The little waiting area was perfect too. I really appreciated it and will definitely use them again, and recommend!

Travelled an hour to Sandyford Motors this afternoon after booking online. When I arrived, we were barely greeted. No handshake, no first name. Just handed me the keys. I felt very unwanted. Came back from both test drives and stood at the office door waiting for someone to ask me how I got on. The salesman who gave me the keys was on his phone and barely looked up when I tapped on the door. I wasn’t invited to sit down and wasn’t directly asked how either car felt. So I felt I had to lead the conversation. It genuinely felt like they didn’t care or want my business. Eventually I was told about warranty etc when I enquired. I felt like I was doing his job. Based off the interaction it totally turned me off the car and doing business. I’ll go elsewhere where my custom is appreciated.

My experience with Sandyford Motors was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn other buyers. I purchased a vehicle from them, and shockingly, it broke down on the very same day I drove it off the lot,.was "fixed" a week later but repeatedly broke down after this until i ended up getting replacement.This was not only inconvenient but also completely unacceptable for a dealership that claimed the car had been fully inspected and in good condition.I would strongly advise anyone considering Sandyford Motors to proceed with caution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. Update to Sandyford's response - are you forgetting that the clutch failed on my way home from collecting the car the day of the sale? And it was highly inconvenient to me, i was left without a car for a full week, i had several courtesy cars from you due to all the breakdowns that my insurance company couldn't understand what was going on and refused to insure me till they investigated. the courtesy cars were not fit for the road. Its not surprising the 2017 Renault Megane is still for sale on your website.

Darren was an absolute pleasure to deal with when it came to buying my first Car in a dealership. He had the Car ready for me on the day I went to test drive it, and was very helpful when it came to any queries I had. The Car itself (Audi A3) that I purchased was pristine and the price was really good. And to top off the great service, Darren was kind enough to deliver the Car to me.
