Hi, I purchased a second hand toyota corolla 2021. I went in on Tuesday and purchased on sat. The whole process was very smooth. The car was valeted and serviced before the car was released. Josh the sales person was so pleasant and a great support with any questions. I claimed my deposit cheque back after the purchase. There was a delay with the deposit cheque . I think they deal with cheque deliveries on a monthly basis through the financial department. I got the deposit back thats all that matters. My car is perfect, very happy with the price also. Would return to this garage again in the future. Very satisfied customer. caroline connaughton.

Giving it a 1 star. (From another account as well) My salesman was James (he's an old fella in the team) . Anyway, we made a deposit for a blue puegot208 '21 model that's been run 2100 miles. Low miles, but showroom queen apparently, being sold for a whopping 22k eur ! (peak inflation for sure) . We pay the deposit, and come back and do some research and decide to not go through with it (208 puegot 21 models are 10-12k on donedeal and carzone). James says fine, and when I ask about the deposit says it'll have to be returned by cheque - this is on 4th of July. That's okay, but he then proceeds to stall me until 25th July where I only find out the cheque was already there ready to be collected but even after following up on mails and calls he didn't tell me. The cheque has the date of 14th July, but I only come to know its ready for collection on 25th when he's on an off. The team said the cheque wasn't ready until 24th July, but the date on the cheque is 14th July. That's not how cheques work, but that's how this dealership works. Be careful out there.

We have been overcharged for what was done to the car and some repairs were not necessary. Very poor service by people there that and extremely expensive when compared to other shops (and i did shop around). I strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are plenty of honest garages in Dublin. This is not one of them. Fact.

We were over from France and had the drivers window shattered. The lads at Sandyford Motors were fabulous ! They truly saved the day, went over and beyond to order the window and have it for us before we went back to France. Fantastic service, very helpful, very friendly ! They deserve 6 stars

He presented the van well, handled all our enquires and requests in detail and was transparent in his communication from start to finish.
