Really impressed with how well I was looked after in SA Moore. Called in with an issue with no notice, engineer took the car in for a quick assessment despite the fact they were quite busy, reasonable quote, booked in two days later and was updated on progress throughout. Thanks to all the staff for their helpfulness and honesty. Car was sorted in no time!

I had a very good experience with Moore’s Toyota Carlow. Firstly when I called to make the booking for my first service there was a waiting period of two weeks. But because there was almost 15,000 Km up on my car and I had a few long journeys planned for those two weeks the very pleasant lady tried to make another alternative appointment by switching things around which she succeeded in doing. Also when I arrived for the service the service manager along with this young lady were at the reception and they could not be more helpful.

Excellent, friendly customer service. I needed to have the car service completed as quickly as possible and the staff were very obliging and still managed to fit in a car wash. Everything that was done in the service was explained clearly. The chocolates were a great treat for the journey home. Definitely recommend SA Moore Toyota Carlow.
