My wife and I had an excellent experience at Redcastle Motors. The car we purchased was in great condition and exactly as advertised. The team was very helpful and professional, with special thanks to Dan, who supported us throughout the process and kept us well informed at every step. All the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently, making the whole purchase smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Redcastle Motors!

I bought my car in February from Redcastle Motors I was dealing with Brian who was brilliant from start to finish. I waited to leave my review as I wanted to drive the car first and see how it was going. I've been so happy with the service from Redcastle Motors and will definitely recommend them.

Buying my car from Redcastle Motors was a great experience. There was no pressure, and they even handled all the paperwork quickly. I love my Toyota Yaris hybrid 2021 model— smooth ride and great mileage! Thanks Brian and Team

Great Service (pun intended) by Dan and all the team at Redcastle Motors. From my initial phone call, there has always been great communication and quick responses. I had a trade-in of my old car, so I simply WhatsApped pictures of it for a valuation, and then paid a deposit via Revolut for the new car over the phone. We agreed on a day for me to test drive the car, as I live outside Dublin. When I arrived, the car was all ready — it was spotless and drove great. I went back to the office and I paid the balance by Revolut and signed the papers. It's great peace of mind to have a car that has just had a full service (with paperwork) and comes with a 3-month warranty. A very nice touch having a box of chocolates in the car too! Would highly recommend Redcastle Motors if you're looking for a car

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was interested in a diesel Hyundai Tucson and asked an important question about the DPF filter. The dealer responded rudely, saying that if I worry about how often the DPF regenerates, then this car is not for me. This dealer is simply trying to mislead customers, because they know perfectly well that the more frequently the DPF regenerates, the worse its condition becomes — leading to poorer performance, loss of power, and expensive cleaning costs, while replacement can cost thousands of euros. This is exactly the kind of dealer people should stay away from. And this is supposed to be a SIMI dealer? A SIMI dealer should be trustworthy, but this feels like dealing with an ordinary scammer. I asked a valid question that any dealer who actually cares about what they are selling should be able to answer, instead of telling me the car “is not for me” just because I’m concerned about how often the DPF regenerates. His explanations are ridiculous. Any seller — whether they sell cars or anything else — should provide details about the product, especially when it’s used. And when it’s a diesel car, anyone with basic knowledge knows that the condition of the DPF is important, as well as the EGR system, which I also asked about in an earlier conversation and never received an answer to either. The dealer was clearly surprised because probably nobody asks these questions, and then later there are problems with complaints and repairs. And one more thing: if the seller actually knew the condition of the car, especially the DPF, he would simply answer the question. Either he doesn’t know and is selling junk, or he does know and the DPF is in bad condition, hoping someone will buy this “bottomless money pit.” Typical scammer.
