I bought a used ID4 from Pierse Volkswagen Ennis and found them fantastic to deal with. Dennis and Krystian looked after me very well throughout the entire process. After sales service has been excellent also with a minor issue fully sorted on the car. Would fully recommend this VW dealership to anyone thinking of buying a VW.

My wife bought a car from this garage in 2024 so it's a 241, really she should have told them to leave it until July and get a 242 because it was the end of May when she finally got the car. It's a black Tiguan with chrome trim, in the last few months the chrome trim has started to turn a milky grey colour and looks quiet bad. She contacted the garage and they said that's not covered under warranty. She rang them again and emailed photos they admitted it was bad and told her to drop it up we will have a look. They kept it for a day and rang to say there's nothing we can do the damage was caused by washing it 🤔, which I found very strange. This is totally unacceptable after paying big money for the car and extra for the chrome for this to happen.
