I bought a 2 year old ID.7 from Pierse Motors Ennis in the first week of 2026. Dealt with Denis through the process and he was fantastic the whole way through. My wife bought a car from this garage in 2024 so it's a 241, really she should have told them to leave it until July and get a 242 because it was the end of May when she finally got the car. It's a black Tiguan with chrome trim, in the last few months the chrome trim has started to turn a milky grey colour and looks quiet bad. She contacted the garage and they said that's not covered under warranty. She rang them again and emailed photos they admitted it was bad and told her to drop it up we will have a look. They kept it for a day and rang to say there's nothing we can do the damage was caused by washing it 🤔, which I found very strange. This is totally unacceptable after paying big money for the car and extra for the chrome for this to happen.
