Nothing was too much trouble, and he made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable and looked after. Purchased a really nice st line mondeo here. First drove the car and was left alone to view which i actually prefer,then done a deal and and told car be ready Friday which was. All prepared for myself to a very high standard. Would highly recommend here.

Went to this dealer for little help. As they state that customer first, best customer care etc.. I felt like a criminal. Long story short: I bought a car from private person and never received logbook. I got form from local motor tax office and went to guards, solicitor to get stamp to prove that Im real person, that car not stolen etc. Problem is that I need one more stamp from any motor dealer. So I choose one of the biggest “best” motor dealer. Once I went inside and ask for little help young girl was very helpfull and said let me check with Peter if we can do that. After few minutes she coming back with older man Peter Hanley. He start shouting at me that he gonna charge me €200 for stamp, that Im not a first person this week etc. Was very rude and angry and said go somewhere else with very high tone.. maybe because Im not Irish person or not intend to buy brand new car from this company I don’t know. So honestly Im not recommend to have any business with this person.

The after-sales service has been excellent — any issues I had were looked into promptly and professionally. David is honest, reassuring, and a pleasure to deal with.
