Couldn’t recommend Jerry and Paddy enough. I’ve been dealing with this garage for years and never had a problem. I find Jerry and Paddy very helpful and professional. As I do a lot of driving through work they are always great to advise me on what to buy and the better option for my job. Also I find the mechanics 100% top guys. Very obliging.

Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience from start to finish. I immediately felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously. The attitude from staff was dismissive, condescending, and at times outright rude. When I tried to raise concerns about the car, particularly the brakes not working properly, a member of staff began shouting at me instead of listening or trying to help. This was completely unacceptable and made the whole situation feel hostile and intimidating. At one point, they even grabbed my keys out of my hand aggressively, which crossed a line and made me feel very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, they brought up how I had paid for the car in a way that felt completely inappropriate and irrelevant. It came across as judgmental, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being treated differently because of my age. I raised concerns about the brakes multiple times and was repeatedly told it was just “general wear and tear,” despite the fact I had only bought the car four months ago. I was also told the brakes had been “fixed,” but a friend of mine who is a qualified mechanic later inspected them and made me aware they appeared to have simply been painted over rather than properly repaired, which is extremely concerning. The whole experience was so upsetting that I left the garage crying because of how I was spoken to. As a young woman, being treated like that was genuinely scary and completely unacceptable. The behaviour and attitude felt like dealing with cowboy car salesmen rather than a professional, trustworthy garage. I wouldn’t even give this garage one star if I had the option, but unfortunately that’s not possible. Overall, I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely let down. I would not return and would strongly advise others—especially young buyers—to consider going elsewhere.
