This is a true, real life review! I live on Whitebarn Road, Churchtown. I bought an Audi Q2 at the beginning of March 2026. I was used to driving in particular an A6 and also an A4. These are sturdy, heavy enough vehicles. This time I decided in favour of a Q2 - liked the cross-over look for a change. There was an issue with an engine mount becoming loose so I brought the Q2 back. Cian organised for the car to go for repair - all good, engine mount was replaced. Then came the other sounds!! I was very confused by the other sounds I was hearing so I brought the car back to Cian. He again sent it for repair/evaluation to two different auto repair places. All was good, not a thing was wrong. The noises I was hearing were/are down to the lighter 3 cylinder engine and I am not used to the lighter engine of a 1 litre petrol. Cian was fabulous to deal with, great at managing the situation, a pro! If there had been an issue it would have been immediately rectified (just as the engine mount matter had been) - the after sales service was without flaw.
