Shane is a top man & professional. Looked after me when I was looking for a van and answered every question I had. The van I picked up from him was clean and really well looked after, couldn’t recommend them enough.

I am amazed to see so many 5 star reviews for this company - I can only imagine that none of those writing had to deal with Paddy Kelly, Service Department. My own experience was thoroughly unpleasant - I have no idea why someone so ill suited for customer service is in such a position. Having purchased our car from Autoimage (Renault dealership in Carlow) - with communication, consideration and assistance far beyond our expectations - we had a small query with the rear view mirror. We took this query to O'Reily & Sons (Renault in Longford), as it was considerably closer. That was a huge mistake. Paddy Kelly was dismissive, rude, unhelpful and unwilling to listen. I cannot comprehend why he is employed in the service department since he obviously doesn't understand what the term 'service' denotes.

Bought car beginning of 2025 and just had first service. From day one dealing with Gerry and Kofi to more recently dealing with Geraldine for service, I've met nothing but friendly, professional attitudes, which is why, instead of having service done by Dacia dealer in Dublin, I brought it back to O'Reillys!
