I purchased a Mazda 3 a couple of months ago and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I phoned ahead and spoke with Duane to say I was coming down to view the car, and he couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. When I arrived, the car was in excellent condition. After a test drive, I knew I loved it. I was also offered a trade-in price for my old car that I was happy with. I left a deposit that day and picked up the car the following week with everything ready to go. Overall, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Highly recommend!
The worse customer service ever experienced, women in reception was very rude, ignorant and unpleasant. At least guy from the garage sound, solve the problem and was ready to go in no time.
Recently bought a CX-5 from O’Briens after mine was written off in an accident. Philip and Pearce couldn’t have been more helpful. 100k service and diagnostic on my Mazda. Courtesy car provided free of charge. Vehicle health check report and online digital record provided. Car washed on return. Very friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. Well worth the trip. Also installed Android Auto and it runs faultlessly.
