I am really happy with my experience of purchasing a Škoda Octavia. From first walking in the door the staff are friendly and helpful - both Pat and Emma have been open and giving of their time in person and any follow-up call I needed to make. Pat has a great way of sharing his knowledge, anticipating many of my questions and inviting any further queries. There was no pressure or assumption that we would buy, no rush when test driving - including the fact that there was lots of fuel in the cars I tried, so I could get a feel of the car without distraction! I am not familiar with the area but this was no issue as Pat expertly navigated in a clear and timely way. He talked me through the car braking system and any unfamiliar technical mechanisms in an unassuming manner. I have found it really easy to deal with Noel Deasy Cars, they have been so helpful.
