I would highly recommend Naas Nissan. I purchased a new automatic car and they made the changeover very easy for me. I dealt with Kyle Lena and Michael and they were excellent. It is a family business and they really care for their customers.

I never write reviews but I felt my experience with Nass Nissan needed one. From my very first and many correspondence with Ciaran on the phone (out of hours might I add 😃) I could not have met a more professional, friendly, inviting, no pressure sales person. From taking his time on numerous occasions, showing me my van of choice, (even to my brother and wife from the states on a different day) to making me excellent coffee everytime I called in, his correspondence was second to none. He made the whole experience absolutely wonderful. I had contact with three other Nissan dealerships nationwide and Ciaran was light years ahead. He made it so easy. It was a no brainer, I was going with him. And also to mention Michael who was absolutely excellent one morning Ciaran was busy. I've bought a lot of cars and vans over the years and that was by far the best and most friendliest service I've ever had. My first Nissan Interstar with Nass Nissan and it won't be my last. Even my wife who was with me on numerous occasions said it was an exceptional service from Ciaran and Michael that her next car will be with those guys. I can't recommend Nass Nissan highly enough after purchasing my new Interstar from Ciaran. Absolutely great guys and service. Do yourself a favor and call in 😃

I purchased my Nissan Xtrail from Michael a few months back. Found Michael extremely helpful, professional and diligent at the time. I had to return this week to have some work done under warranty unexpectedly and I wanted to compliment Mel on Servicing. From the minute she took my call yesterday to turning around the car in 24 hours I found her so professional, kind and understanding. Nothing was a problem and you would know Mel is very knowledgable with the brand/parts. Thank you Mel for being so kind and understanding. You took the pain out of a stressful situation for me! I purchased my Nissan X Trail mid 2023. It has under 30 000kms on it. In that time I have had it back 3 times with problems. First time, the battery was not charging, second the front wheels where making a grating noise - both fixed under the warranty. The third and latest time the car actually completely stopped working - completely dead. The AA had to assist us to get the car to the dealership. I called the dealership the next evening to find out how long they anticipate they need to keep the car (just an estimate nothing exact) so that I could go ahead and rent a car while they fix it as they said they dont have courtesy cars. The response I got to my enquiry was belligerent and condescending - the exact words were 'how long is a piece of string'. 'I dont sell them, I fix them'. I understand that they may not be able to give me a definitive answer as to how long it will take to fix the car but a little understanding would have gone a long way. Customer service is not at all a capability that Naas Nissan servicing department offers.
