Experience was okay for the most part with this dealer. Appreciate the flexible purchase options and patience. The bmw japanese import that we purchased was well maintained & looks like new. Although noticed a lack of knowledge on the car that they are selling. Top condition Bmw japanese imports are being sold but lacking Basic features like car alarm. We had to spend extra to install the car alarm after-market.
