Very poor aftersales experience with Motorview Kia Midleton. I purchased my Kia Ceed PHEV here new in 2022 and have had to return multiple times for recurring faults, including issues with the fuel flap, tailgate release, and a faulty onboard charger. In January, the front passenger door latch was replaced, but during this repair the paint on the door was damaged, trim was broken, and parts were not refitted correctly. Since then, the window also makes a clicking noise when operating. I had the car booked in again in February, but the appointment could not proceed as no loan car was available, despite this being requested due to the number of previous visits. I was told I would be contacted to reschedule, but never received a follow-up. A further call in March also went unanswered. I still have unresolved issues with the vehicle and have now had to escalate the matter to Kia Ireland, as I have lost confidence in the dealership’s ability to resolve it. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Was interested in an EV9 and I spoke to the sales executive about trading in my existing car etc. He seemed interested and took the details and promised to ring me back in a few days with figures for discussion. Needless to say he never contacted me and to be honest I was not going to chase the sales executive. Would have been nice to get a call regardless even if they weren’t interested for whatever reason. Funny thing is that I had bought two vehicles from this sales executive when he was with a different dealer. So much for loyalty and poor way to do business!! Since then I have a bought a vehicle elsewhere.

Great bunch of fellas to deal with from Ash in the service team to the guys in the workshop. They go above and beyond to help and I can't speak highly enough about them. Great place to get your car issues sorted as they did with my key fob.👏👏 Keep up the great work. Delighted Customer

So lucky to have found this Kia garage. Bought a car off Cathal a year ago. Such an easy experience. He was lovely to deal with.Also the two gentleman on service desk are always a pleasure to deal with anytime car is in for a service. Their customer service skills are always A +. Had to pop in today for a small issue and got the usual first class service.

My husband and I bought a car this week and the experience was absolutely FANTASTIC from the start until the end. Kevin really helped us to find a car in our budget and he made sure that the car was spotless. He also provided very good advice which we really appreciate. Thanks again for this great experience!
