Not the best customer service and I'm being generous with two stars. I had my 2022 Peugeot e-2008 serviced at this main dealership. At the time of service, the vehicle was marked as being used under “arduous conditions,” which shortened the recommended service interval. Given that this is a fully electric vehicle, this classification was surprising and not clearly explained. Another garage recently asked whether the brake fluid had been replaced at the previous interval, so I called to clarify. During the call I received several conflicting explanations. I was initially told the brake fluid was not replaced because I “came in for a service, not brakes.” I was then told it was not due because the car was at 47k km, despite the service schedule specifying replacement at 2 years (whichever comes first). I was also informed that the dealership did not have access to the vehicle’s previous service history, which was surprising given that this is a Peugeot main dealer and I had the service book available. After further discussion, I was told the brake fluid had been tested and was within specification. That explanation would have been perfectly reasonable if it had been clearly communicated from the start. My concern is not about the brake fluid itself, but about the inconsistent communication, confusion regarding service records, and lack of clear explanation around the “arduous” classification. I would encourage customers to request written confirmation of time-based service items when servicing their vehicles, particularly EVs.

I just purchased my new Peugeot 2008 from James Boote . . I have no hesitation saying he is a great salesman. I found him very professional, helpful, courteous and he provided a trustworthy experience. James is very knowledgeable and showed his expertise which helped me understand all the features of my new car. He made everything very clear so I could relax on my drive home. We purchased a 2nd hand 5008, which was 5 years old and in immaculate condition. We dealt with James Boote (aka the young fella 😆). James was an absolute gent and answered all of our many questions. I would highly recommend this garage and especially James for those looking for new or used cars. It was well worth the 3.5 hours round trip twice. I will be returning when I want to purchase again and will be asking for James. Thank you so much for your time and patience James.

Purchased a peugeot 2008 1.2 petrol recently and gave a 500 euro deposit. But after speaking to my mechanic who didn't recommend it because of the wet belt system I had a change of heart and decided not to purchase. Told the salesperson this. Deal over but they had no problem keeping my 500 euro . I know the small print says deposit non refundable but in terms of customer relations wouldn't entice me to go back.
