Slow service, poor communication, misdiagnosed my car and charged me hundreds after fixing an issue that I did not present with. I was told it might not “100% fix the problem” and “it’s a lot of money to put in” however, assuming they had at least the correct diagnosis, I was willing to try to fix it. The diagnosis was completely incorrect for the symptoms I presented with. Very disappointing. Gearbox issue treated as engine issue. No correlation, no engine symptoms, no emission issues. Careless work, no effort to pinpoint the correct issue- just assumptions made. *** In response to the owners reply to this review- there were never diagnostics carried out by the previous garage (who works closely with this garage). They did not see my vehicle, let alone diagnose. No engine issue or gearbox issue had been previously identified. This clarifies that the garage did not listen attentively to my presenting problems and version of events.
