I recently had my car serviced with them, and was satisfied with the experience. The staff were courteous, and knowledgeable, especially Liam who took his time to clearly explain the different aspects of free car health check. Everything was handled efficiently, and the service was completed within the promised timeframe. It’s clear that they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. We bought a car from this garage less than a week ago. A 181 Sportage. The A/C doesn’t work and it’s near 30 degrees this week, I’m also heavily pregnant and driving without A/C or any cold air really is very difficult. We’ve rang twice and we’ve been told it can’t be fixed for 3 weeks - not a great service considering we just purchased the car last week.

Extremely disappointing experience. I was charged €300 for a “diagnostic report” that I never actually received. Instead, they only added a short and incomplete recommendation on the invoice, which did not explain anything properly. When I tried to ask for clarification, the staff were rude and unprofessional, even yelling over the phone. I have never experienced such poor customer service — no transparency, no respect, and no accountability. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this garage. There are plenty of honest, professional mechanics elsewhere who treat customers properly

Call service on Tuesday to see about getting brake pads replaced, Liam looked up my service history and reminded me my discs were also due for replacement soon. He got to work to get necessary parts and called me the next day as promised to arrange getting the job done (once parts were available) on Thursday. Everything went to plan and had me out in 2 hours as promised. GREAT SERVICE. Thank you Liam and your team. Kevin H.

I was overall very pleased with my recent car service No issues with booking , very pleasant reception staff and all completed satisfactory and promptly. Given lovely courtesy car . Kept informed all the way by regular texts. No issues and would have no problem with rebooking next service
