Call service on Tuesday to see about getting brake pads replaced, Liam looked up my service history and reminded me my discs were also due for replacement soon. He got to work to get necessary parts and called me the next day as promised to arrange getting the job done (once parts were available) on Thursday. I was overall very pleased with my recent car service No issues with booking , very pleasant reception staff and all completed satisfactory and promptly. Given lovely courtesy car . Kept informed all the way by regular texts. No issues and would have no problem with rebooking next service

I definitely don't recommend them. They have no knowledge of their work. They charged me 6,000 after driving 10 km. The car stopped. I took it back to them. They said it wasn't their fault, not what they were fixing. They charged them another 2,000 for a diagnosis. Total failure. The manager is a complete idiot. I don't know what he's doing there. He laughs stupidly and can't answer questions... I strongly warn against this garage. Stay away from these crooks.

Dropped my car off on Tuesday to Liam @ 9.00 am as scheduled. Liam phoned later that day to explain that a few items to include the back wiper needed replacing & as he had the parts in stock he would replace them if I was agreeable to which I agreed & got a call later to say all done & car ready to be collected. Very happy with everything. Great service.

Extremely disappointing experience. I was charged €300 for a “diagnostic report” that I never actually received. Instead, they only added a short and incomplete recommendation on the invoice, which did not explain anything properly. When I tried to ask for clarification, the staff were rude and unprofessional, even yelling over the phone. I have never experienced such poor customer service — no transparency, no respect, and no accountability. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this garage. There are plenty of honest, professional mechanics elsewhere who treat customers properly
