Absolutely brutal service. I booked in for a service job, gave then the regeneration etc. Weeks of notice, I had to get time off work for the day. They told me on the phone it would be done by 5pm. I dropped it in a 9am. Got a call at 9.30 to say they dident realise it was a petrol car and they would need 2 days to to do. I said could I call them back. When I called the receptions said the mechanic would call me. 5 hours later, despite having called, I heard nothing and went back. They were totally unappolagetic. When I mentioned the inconvenience, the receptionist fobbed me off saying they had nothing to do with booking. Shambles.

This is not about Michael Moore Car Sales. We have only ever had great service from them. This is about Volkswagen. They cancelled our software upgrade for our EV at the last minute. No notice. It cost me a days annual leave to drop the car in for upgrade. 4 hours driving to and from to leave in and collect my car. 4 days of my insurance allowance for another car. Not at all happy with Volkswagen. But I love my ID5.

I have now bought two cars from Shane in skoda and I have to say he was excellent. He told us everything about the car and he explained everything. He looked after us very well and anything extra we asked for was no problem 😊 his customer service was excellent before and after purchase. I would highly recommend michael moores and the sales executive Shane.

Had a great experience recently purchasing a car. Tara went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information I needed beforehand and even sat and went through everything in the car with me before I left the garage to make sure it was set up and that I knew how everything worked!
