The service received from Cormac and David was second to none. Everything about the process of purchasing the car was explained clearly and ran smoothly. Cormac was readily available to answer all queries. Everything was set up before I left the garage and I left with the assurance that any follow up queries would be dealt with. Amazing experience- I didn’t even buy my Hyundai Tucson there but I was treated incredibly well. Where I bought my own car in Carlow town showed abysmal service and never even got back to me after several attempts to book the car in. My car failed NCT on a brake issue (only bought last August) and they immediately booked me in at Michael Lyng to get the issue resolved. It was ready within a couple of hours at minimal price. They offered my husband a lift home when he dropped the car off. The lovely lady on the desk told me to be sure to bring the car back if for any reason my retest of the brakes had any issue. Will definitely be returning.

I’ve been going to Michael Lyngs since purchasing my car. I’ve been back many of times now for services and health check on the car. I couldn’t fault the place, I love that you get a video run down of everything being done or suggested to be done by the mechanic. Amy is great, always a friendly chat and welcoming smile on her face when visiting. There’s a Good waiting room area with tea and coffee facilities also I was offered the use a private room to do work while waiting on my car.

The service team at Michael Lyng Motors were friendly and professional. Kept me fully updated on progress and sent me a Video of the service inspection and highlighted any issues as well as confirming the price of additional work required before it was carried out. Once I confirmed what items of work I wanted completed. This was carried out. I was notified of when I could collect my car within the time advised. Car was also washed when I picked it up. Service was great as always.
