Highly recommend dealing with George Strachan Sales Executive in MSL South (Pottery Road)! My recent experience of getting a new car was a superb experience from start to finish! George made the experience very personable and exciting! Also kudos to Brendan Tracey Handover Specialist who made the relevant app transitions nice and simple and ensured that I left with fully understanding all the capabilities of my new car! In summary this was best new car experience I’ve had in MSL South. Customer experience was second to none - all boxes ticked! Thank you George and Brendan! Look forward to dealing with you both again!

I had a difficulty with my mercedes car and needed some checks to be carried out. I chose this branch of MSL as most convenient to me. Not being an existing customer, I was more than impressed in how I was received. Every part of the procedure was efficient, polite and extremely helpful. From making the inital service appointment with Anusha Makan to being greeted at reception, all was 5 star Within minutes of my arrival at what is a really impressive MSL building at Pottery Road, I was given an introduction to Catalin Ciocan, the service manager. Catalin also gave a kind warm welcome, and answered all my concerns and questions. He then informed me of the appropriate procedure for the issue we had discussed with my vehicle. This was followed by his introduction of me to the workshop manager who was already familiar with the purpose of my appointment, and again showed a general interest in resolving my vehicle issue. All in all a really great experience with a professional service from everyone I had the pleasure to deal with. Thank you

Excellent experience at Mercedes-Benz South Dublin. The service was professional, efficient, and customer focused throughout. A special thank you to George Strachan, Sales Executive, for his exceptional support. He guided me through selecting the right car based on my personal preferences and quality expectations. His use of personalised videos and helpful tools made the process clear and engaging, ensuring every detail was tailored to my needs. Thank you also to Ryan Byrne, sales manager for the test drive experience,he provided clear, detailed explanations and made the process both informative and enjoyable. Finally, thank you to Brendan Tracey, handover specialist, for a smooth handover of the car. He explained all features and tools thoroughly, making it easy to understand. I will definitely be choosing Mercedes-Benz South Dublin again in the future and would highly recommend the team.

Excellent experience start to finish buying my new car at MSL Deansgrange. I was assisted by Eduardo Matos who was simply amazing. He is attentive, polite, informative, and so helpful. He is so professional and the consummate salesperson: great follow up and delivery but never pushy. His colleague Pawel was also very helpful. Visiting other car showrooms, I can say that Eduardo is head and shoulders above the competition.

We had a very disappointing experience at Mercedes-Benz South Dublin this weekend. My wife and I travelled around 50 km after seeing a 2023 Mercedes-Benz A-Class (231), Petrol Hybrid Automatic with 23,556 km advertised on their website for €29,900. Before test drive, I even asked why the car seemed priced lower than the market. I was told clearly that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that the dealership was using competitive pricing to attract customers. My wife completed a test drive and genuinely liked the car. We also discussed a trade-in for our current vehicle and were offered €3,000. We were close to agreeing on the deal. Then, about ten minutes later, a manager came over and told us the price on the website was a mistake, and that the real price was €38,900. What made the situation even more confusing was that the car was still listed online for €29,900 while we were standing in the showroom. Mistakes can happen in any business, but the way the situation was handled was very disappointing. At one point a comment was made suggesting that we would not have travelled if the price had not been so low. With respect, customers should not have to justify their budget decisions when they visit a dealership based on an advertised price. Unfortunately, the experience was very upsetting for my wife. She was genuinely excited about the car and left the dealership in tears. Considering that this happened on International Women’s Day, it made the situation feel even more disheartening. We expected a very different level of professionalism from a brand like Mercedes-Benz.
