I’ve been getting my car serviced at McElligott's for 10 years. The service has always been excellent. The team is professional and friendly, and Brian, the manager, is especially helpful. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I feel well looked after. It’s a pleasure dealing with someone so kind and professional. I highly recommend McElligott's for their 5 star service.

I travelled from West Clare via ferry to get my car serviced by McElligott's in Tralee. Super staff from start to finish. We were driven into town by Kieran and collected by Robbie when car was finished. Both extremely nice young men. The car service price was very reasonable. I will be back to McElligott's. Thanks to the staff we were dealing with.

Our experience with purchasing a car from McElligott's has been second to none from the moment we stepped into the showroom to the day we walked out with our new car. We met with John, who showed us around the cars, and spoke about what we wanted. Took us on a test drive and talked through all th details and finance options. After deciding what car we wanted, we dealt with Dermot regarding all the paperwork, who again was amazing. The communication was great, and Dermot made the process of going through for finance super easy. When we arrived to pick up the car, John was on hand and finalised all the details and showed us around every inch of the car, leaving nothing out. He even advised us on the best charger to get installed at home. The experience was just amazing and so easy. We would highly recommend. Finally, I can't forgot the receptionist, who entertained our kids while we were dealing with John, she made them hot chocolate and put the tv on for them. They were delighted. Absolutely fantastic service, all round.

From the moment I walked in the door the staff could not help me enough they sorted out a car for me right away with no added cost, unlike Megan who I spoke to a Kia connect and reassured me that I would have a courtesy car available an Enterprise Ireland when I got to Tralee.I called them 3 times to make sure and they told me it would be ready.Which it was not. McElligott’s Staff along with Niamh in service,s did everything for me.My car was sorted within 5 days and I got it back on Saturday.Overall delighted with how efficiently, they worked to help me.5 stars from me.My Car is driving perfectly.Thanking you.

Hugely impressed with the service. I turned up on the wrong day for a car service, but still the staff made every effort to accommodate me. As I had traveled a long distance to the garage, they somehow managed to get the car sorted. As well as being incredibly helpful, the staff member I dealt with was very understanding and kind. Thanks.
