Can't say I've had a great experience with these guys. Were they friendly? Yeah. But that's where it stops. When I paid 7k for my car off them i was assured that they would pay the car tax as it was 3 months out of date. However they didn't do this. They also said they had the full service history of the car, however it wasn't with the car, they had to find it and foolish me believed them. I'm after making several phone calls and calling in several times but nothing - someone always seems to be on holidays and that someone is the only one that can sort it. They apparently serviced the car before selling it to me, however, i can't even get that off them. Back to the car tax, finally got someone to speak to me and his words were, have you received the logbook yet, to which I said yes. His reply was, well it's your responsibility to tax it then because we don't tax cars. So as it stands i paid 7k for the car, then the car tax on top and insult to injury i have to pay the arrears for the car tax despite me not even owning the car. I'd avoid them, or at least be sure you have everything and they do everything they said they'd do before you pay for it.

Bought my car there last year - the process was so smooth and easy! They've always been helpful, but yesterday I had a small problem that needed looking at so I stopped in unannounced. They were very busy, but took the time look at and repair my car and even accommodated me when I had to return to collect it after they were closed. Everyone is friendly, helpful, easy to work with. Highly recommend!
