The service they rendered is undeniably the best. I have been around garages and dealership in many years but by far Martin Barrett is the best family oriented! Bought my car there last year - the process was so smooth and easy! They've always been helpful, but yesterday I had a small problem that needed looking at so I stopped in unannounced. They were very busy, but took the time look at and repair my car and even accommodated me when I had to return to collect it after they were closed. Everyone is friendly, helpful, easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional. Viewed a car on a Saturday and I immediately expressed my keen interest in the car. Was told they would give me a ring during the week. I had to ring four times as I hadn’t heard anything. Each time I was told the member of the sales team, Paddy, which I was dealing with when viewing the car etc would ring me back. Eventually after ringing four days in a row he returned my call. Then told me he would give me a ring back again with figures etc. I have not heard back from him. Even a quick phonecall or email to let me know what was happening would have sufficed. So unprofessional and any other member of staff I spoke to on the phone seemed annoyed and snappy. Not exactly the service you would expect after expressing a keen interest to purchase a car. Would not recommend this place.
