I recently purchased an Isuzu tipper from John at m3 van centre and having previously purchased a few years ago it was easy for me to go back as the lads were great to deal with and have a great selection of stock , will be back in the future.

Completely disgraceful service and obnoxious behaviour. More wrong with the car after they had been near it than before. Very rude when this was challenged and add some excuses and mansplaining to this too. 600 euro later and the car still isn’t right. Never again. If I could give zero or minus stars this would more appropriate.

He went above and beyond to find and fix a problem that could have cost me hundreds of euros. Most people would have just replaced the fuel pump without asking questions – but not this guy. He took his time, followed the clues, contacted experts, and discovered that the issue was caused by a tiny fuel filter inside the tank that most mechanics wouldn’t even think to check. That small part cost just a few cents — and he saved me from a massive and unnecessary repair bill. More importantly, he was completely transparent, respectful, and 100% honest throughout the whole process. No pressure, no upselling, no shortcuts — just pure mechanical knowledge, dedication, and integrity. Got my car washed here today and the young lad did an excellent job, only regret is that I didn't have more money on me than what I gave him for a tip as he deserved more. I have paid double the price in other places and didn't get the car washed as well. So advice for 2024 is to get ur car washed here, you will be really pleased, thanks Guys ,Top Job.
